Deepen your understanding and learn skills to manage physical symptoms including balance, walking ability, fatigue, pain, spasticity & incontinence. This holistic approach will allow you to self-manage your physical health and quality of life.

Combining computer-based training and principles of cognitive rehabilitation, Dr. Garrett has adapted a Harvard protocol aimed at increasing processing speed and clearing brain fog. Classes held Thursday afternoons October 8th – November 12th, 2020 from 12:00 – 1:00 pm.

Jan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been in private practice for the past 42 years. She has a unique ability to bridge the traditional scientific model of healing with extensive alternative healing methods. She’s highly skilled in Gestalt Therapy, Mindfullness based Cognitive Therapy, and EMDR.
Dr. Garrett is a clinical neuropsychologist— a specialist in how the brain impacts how we think and feel. She works with people to assess their cognitive and psychological strengths and weaknesses to create collaborative cognitive care plans
Professor Garg is a physical therapist, researcher, teacher, and part of an interdisciplinary team at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She develops rehabilitation and wellness strategies and established the award-winning MS Physical Therapy & Wellness Center in Provo, UT.
