The Awareness Technique: be a ninja not a yogi

The Awareness Technique is a tool to teach you to be in the moment; being in the moment like a Ninja. It teaches you to be present and in the “here and now”.

When I first started to do The Awareness Technique I found myself “spacing out” while driving my car, changing lanes without looking, almost creating my end in a terrible accident. It is important that you do The Awareness Technique to bring yourself into the moment; like you have “eyes in the back of your head.” Like a Ninja, you are “spaced in” not out.

The Ninjas in this movie give you a wonderful metaphor for the state-of-being you want to create for yourself. When you get yourself back to the MOMENT you automatically tap into your resourcefulness, your capacity, and your inner wisdom. You have the chance to regain your center, a new perspective, and your sense of choice expands.
