Meet with Jan over the phone to develop a comprehensive lifestyle wellness plan that includes her support and assistance to increase your ability to make new, satisfying choices, the development of a step by step process to achieve your goals and enhancement of your ability to show up for yourself consistently. Sessions are available every Monday through Thursday. Other appointment times available upon request.
You may also join Jan and fellow participants on a tele-coaching call in a variety of specific topics in which you will learn tools and skills related to emotional, mental, physical well-being in order to deepen your awareness, knowledge and ability to create the results you are seeking.
